Platinum ($25,000+) Legends ($2,500 to $4,999)
Gold ($15,000 to $24,999) Captains ($500 to $999)
Silver ($10,000 to $14,999) Winners ($250 to $499)
Bronze ($5,000 to $9,999) All-Star ($25 to $249)
Matching Gifts
Gifts to The 6-4-3 Foundation can be worth double their face value or more if the donor’s employer has a matching gift program. Matching gift programs vary from company to company, but typically the employee fills out the brief form provided by the matching gift company and encloses it when the gift to the Foundation is made. The 6-4-3 Foundation Office will then verify receipt of the gift and return the form to the company. The company then makes a contribution of a similar amount, sometimes more than doubling the original gift!
*Note: In accordance with the Foundation’s policy on matching gifts, membership in gift societies and clubs is based on the size of the donor’s gift exclusive of the matching amount. This policy coincides with many corporate policies, which do not allow membership based on company matches.
