COACHES COMMENTS:
Thomas is a very smart, athletic baseball player that makes any team he is on better. He gives you a lot of options as he can play all three outfield positions and plays a clean 2B. In the outfield, Thomas gets great jumps and has very good instincts on where to go with the baseball. He has good arm strength and takes good angles on balls in the gaps. At 2B, Thomas has good hands and plays the middle very smart. On the mound, Thomas fills the strike zone up. He has confidence in a three of his pitches and does a very good job of throwing backwards in the count. At the plate, he is a top of the order hitter. He finds ways to get on base and competes every single pitch. He has gap to gap power and is a plus baserunner when he gets on base. As Thomas continues to work and get better, he will have a chance to play at the next level.
