COACHES COMMENTS:

Pete is an exceptional baseball player and a hard working young man.  Pete is a catcher, outfielder, and plays a solid 3rd base.  Pete is a big defference maker at the plate.  He will hit in the middle of the lineup wherever he ends up.  He has a very simple swing that creates effortless power.  His best tool at the plate is his vision.  He is never an easy out.  He knows the strike zone and sees the ball exceptionally well.  He adjusts in at-bats as well as any hitter around and knows how to find the barrel.  Pete will produce runs and hit for average at all levels.  Behind the plate,  Pete has strong hands, blocks well and throws very well.  In the OF, Pete gets good jumps and positions himself well.  He knows where to throw the ball and throws well from the OF. As Pete continues to grow, he will be a big part of a major program.

Pete has committed to play college baseball at the University of Tennessee.

2014- 2nd Team All-Region as a Sophomore at Allatoona HS

2013- 6-4-3 Cougars (15U) Offensive Player of the Year

2013- Mizuno All 6-4-3 DP Offensive Team

2013- Honorable Mention, All-Region, as a Freshman starter on the Allatoona Varsity Baseball Team

2013- Honorable Mention, All-County, as a Freshman starter on the Allatoona Varsity Baseball Team
