Congratulations to the 17U 6-4-3 DP Cougars squad for winning the 17U Perfect Game EvoShield Classic held in Emerson, Georgia. The 17U Cougars logged an 8-0 record in their winning run. The 17U Cougars beat a very strong Team DeMarini opponent in their semifinal matchup and then beat the talented East Cobb Colt 45s in the championship game. After the conclusion of the event, 6-4-3 player Ben Anderson was named 17U PG/ EvoShield Classic MVP. For more details on the game action, please click here.
This tournament win marks the 17U Cougars third Perfect Game championship victory of the summer. Just weeks ago, the 17U Cougars captured the PG/East Cobb 17U Invitational as well as the 17U PG Super25 National Championship. Congratulations again to the 6-4-3 DP Cougars (17U) squad for their exceptional summer and most recent championship title!
