COACHES COMMENTS:

Ben is an exciting young baseball player out of Milton High School, with pro level tools.  He is a LHP and OF, and will do both at Virginia.  At the plate, Ben has the ability to hit for power to all fields.  He is a tough two strike hitter and is never overmatched.  He does not over swing and trusts his hands.  In the OF, Ben glides to the baseball effortlessly and is a true CF. He has above average arm strength and is very accurate. On the mound, Ben is very confident. He commands an above average FB that is up to 90mph with late life in the zone, and it is a true swing and miss pitch. His breaking ball is sharp with heavy tilt and helps him rack up strikeouts.  His CH is a pitch he has great feel for and throws it in any count.  Ben will be a key part of the nationally renowned UVA baseball program, on the mound and as a position player.

Ben has verbally committed to play college baseball with the University of Virginia.
