COACHES COMMENTS:
Caden is a C/INF/OF/RHP out of Pope HS who is a projectable player with great present ability. Offensively, Caden is a force in the middle of any line up. He is at his best with guys on base, and has plus power from the left side. Defensively, Caden presents a big target for his pitchers, and he blocks anything that comes his way. His transfer and footwork are improving, and his arm is solid. Caden is also very athletic and can play both corner IF spots, as well as the OF corners. On the mound, Caden is a strike thrower that has a good fastball/change up combination. His cutter is a pitch that has come on late and allows him to attack the zone with all three pitches. As Caden continues getting stronger, he will have the opportunity to play this game at a top program and MLB scouts will be watching.
Caden has committed to play college baseball at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia.
