COACHES COMMENTS:
Charles is an exceptional athlete and an all around impressive young man. Charles is a straight A student as well as the starting QB at Lagrange HS. He is a left handed hitting MIF/OF/RHP that runs very well and is a good base runner. At the plate, he is a very tough out and you cant get a fastball by him. He handles the inside pitch very well and does a good job of using the whole field. Defensively, he has a lot of range in the INF and never gets rattled. He has also played a lot of outfield for us and does a good job of tracking down fly balls naturally. Charles gets good jumps and has a strong, accurate arm to all bases. He also competes well on the mound and does a great job mixing in all 3 pitches in any count. Charles will make an early impact wherever he ends up at for a top college program.
Charles has committed to play college baseball at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.
