Parks is a 3B/1B/OF/RHP out of the Westminster School who has an extremely advanced feel for the game. Parks is never overmatched in any situation and has a strong grasp of the mental game of baseball. He has impressive physical tools as well. In the infield, Parks is as steady as they come. Great footwork, great hands, and solid range allow him to create good hops, and he is able to slow the game down. At the plate, Parks has above-average power with a professional approach at the plate. He hunts pitches and unloads his best swing, allowing him to do damage to the baseball. He is at his best with men in scoring position. Parks is a high level competitor and will play this game for a long time.
