COACHES COMMENTS:
Reid is a strong, fast OF/LHP that brings a lot to the table. In the outfield, Reid covers a lot of ground and shows plus arm strength. Reid can play all three outfield positions and is continuously getting better in his reads. At the plate, Reid is aggressive and has gap to gap power. Reid does a great job of using his speed to his advantage and is a great bunter. He competes very well and does a great job using all fields. On the mound, Reid has the ability to shut down any lineup. He has plus velocity with great arm side run. He also has a very sharp breaking ball and deceiving changeup that has depth and can throw in any count. As Reid continues to get stronger, he will have the opportunity to play this game at the next level.
Reid has committed to play college baseball at Dallas Baptist University in Dallas, Texas.
