Sam is a 2017 RHP/3B from Whitefield Academy. Sam is a quick twitch and powerful athlete. His arm stands out on the mound and at third base. The ball explodes out of Sam’s hand and he generates high 80’s low 90’s velocity from a fast arm and strong legs. Defensively, Sam has good range and with his arm can make any play at the hot corner. At the plate, he generates good bat speed and can drive balls out of yard with his quick hands. Sam is a solid student, evident by his 3.75 GPA.
