COACHES COMMENTS:
Hatten is a very talented young man with high level baseball abilities. Hatten is a very athletic middle infielder and leader on the baseball field. Defensively, Hatten has soft hands and has the ability to create good hops. Hatten also has a plus arm and covers a lot of ground. His ability to attack the baseball and have a quick release separates him from other infielders. He plays both sides of the bag with confidence. Hatten has also shown upside in the outfield, where his instincts, speed and ability to judge and take angles makes him a legitimate option at all three OF positions. Offensively, Hatten competes and has very productive at bats. He never gets cheated and barrels up baseballs consistently. He has power to all fields and is a very good two strike hitter. Hatten's competitiveness and leadership will allow him to compete and excel at every level he plays. As he continues to mature, Hatten will play this game at a high level.
Hatten has committed to play college baseball with Georgia Highlands College.
