COACHES COMMENTS:
Patrick is a very good athlete out of the Marist School who has presence about him. He has the ability to slow the game down both offensively and defensively. A MIF/RHP, Patrick is a natural born leader who is the heart and soul of every team he is on. On the mound, Patrick is very confident and he commands 3 pitches very well from up top and down under. His FB has good late action and he pitches in very well with it. His Curveball has good depth and he can throw it in any count. He has a great CH and knows how to use it. Patrick was Marist High School's closer this past year during their state championship run. At the plate, Patrick has a very short simple swing and utilizes good weight shift to create surprising power. He can drive the baseball to all fields and is a tough out. Defensively, Patrick is a true SS who can play all over the infield. His turns at the bag are exceptional, and he wants the ball hit to him. As Patrick continues to get stronger, he will have many opportunities to play high level collegiate baseball.
Patrick has committed to play college baseball with Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, North Carolina.
