COACHES COMMENTS:
John is an INF/OF/C out of Walton High School. That is no typo, he literally can play any position and do it at a very high level. John is a natural leader, and is one of the toughest competitors on the field at all times. At the plate, he can barrel up top level pitching and is never defeated during an at bat. Behind the plate, his quickness enhances his blocking and throwing skills, and he commands his pitching staff. In the IF, John shows good range, soft hands, and a solid awareness of where the next play is. In the OF, his first step and angles allow him to cover a ton of ground. John is also a big time, high level academic kid.
John has committed to play college baseball with Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Georgia.
