6-4-3 DP Baseball standout, Grayson Harbin, selected by New York Mets in 2016 MLB Draft

Marietta, Georgia -

On behalf of the entire 6-4-3 DP Baseball organization and its wide reaching family, the 6-4-3 staff is thrilled to relay news that Grayson Harbin (Class of 2016), 6-4-3 standout and senior pitcher at Allatoona High School in Acworth, Georgia, was selected by the New York Mets in the 35th Round of the 2016 MLB Draft.  6-4-3 is incredibly proud of Grayson and this impressive personal accomplishment in his journey as a ballplayer.  Grayson's selection in the 2016 MLB Draft along with 6-4-3 teammate, Matt Rowland (11th Round, Atlanta Braves), marks only the second time in the history of 6-4-3 where two 6-4-3 players were selected out of high school in the same draft.  In the 2010 MLB Draft, 6-4-3 teammates Kent Emanuel (19th Round, Pittsburgh Pirates) and Andrew Smith (40th Round, Oakland Athletics) were selected out of high school (but both attended the University of North Carolina).

Grayson is currently committed to play college baseball with Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia.  The 6-4-3 family and staff congratulates Grayson and wishes him the very best in his continued baseball career.
