6-4-3 DP Baseball’s 10U Cougars squad outlasted the Dacula Elite in the championship game of the Training Legends October Best tournament this past Sunday. After beating Parkview by the score of 11-4 in the first game, the 10U Cougars defense and pitching escaped them in an 11-4 loss to the Dacula Elite in game two. After clearing their heads, the Cougars used excellent pitching and defense along with great two-strike hitting and small ball to claim an 11-6 victory in the tournament championship. According to their coaches, this was a true team effort in which each player contributed a hit or sacrifice. Congratulations to the players and coaches on the 10U Cougars team squad for their early fall success!
