Congratulations to the 6-4-3 DP Cougars (11U) team for finishing in the runner-up position in the annual Georgia/Florida Showdown NIT tournament over the April 29-May 1 weekend. The Cougars grabbed a 3-1 record in pool play against four strong Florida teams and then beat the OTC Explosion by the score of 8-0 in the semifinals before going down to the talented Mahler Wolverines in the championship game. Congrats to the 11U Cougars players and coaches on a successful road trip to Valdosta!
