6-4-3 DP Baseball celebrated its 2019-2020 season on May 13, 2021, with its annual awards ceremony. Virtual for the first time, the ceremony was a wonderful event that celebrated the accomplishments of the 2020 6-4-3 academy teams and players. The 2019-2020 Awards Ceremony can be watched on 6-4-3's YouTube channel.
A host of individual and team awards were awarded at the recent awards ceremony. Two of the event's awards honored coaches of the year. The 2020 Coach of the Year (8-14U) award, was given to the head coach of the 9U Cougars, Andrew Rohlfs. The 2020 Coach of the Year (15-18U) award was given to the head coach of the 18U Cougars, TJ Pagan. Andrew and TJ embody the traits we strive to instill in our coaches: an ability to teach the game, an ability to lead his players, an ability to control parents, a focus on developing his players’ abilities, a focus on protecting his players’ well-being, and understanding the need for the game of baseball to be fun for all involved. 6-4-3 is proud to honor Andrew and TJ as two of our finest.
