CAMPS and CLINICS

What should players bring with them to camps and/or clinics?

Players should always wear running shoes/sneakers, baseball pants, and a baseball hat.  Players should also bring their baseball gear (cleats, glove, bat, helmet) and a drink.  In the cool, winter or fall months, all players should wear (or bring) long sleeve shirts/sweatshirt.s  Please note that most camps and clinics do not include lunch.

If bad weather occurs, how will I know if the camp or clinic is cancelled?

Please check the 6-4-3 DP Athletics home page for any updates.  With an indoor batting facility on-site, events at Aviation Sports Complex should often be held come rain or shine.  If you have camp questions that are not answered via the website, please call the 6-4-3 office (678.354.3199).

Who will be running the camp/clinic?

All camps and clinics will be conducted by 6-4-3 DP Baseball staff instructors and former academy team players.  Current academy team players (ages 16-18) may serve as additional instructors.

Where will the camp take place?  What are the driving directions?

Unless indicated differently, all camps and clinics will be held at the Aviation Sports Complex in Marietta, Georgia.  Please click here for driving directions.

Does 6-4-3 offer discounts for City of Marietta residents?

Yes.  All residents living within the city limits of Marietta are entitled to a 20% discount off of all camp and clinic offerings of 6-4-3 DP Athletics at Aviation Sports Complex.  Proper identification and paperwork is required at the time of registration to receive this discount.

What is 6-4-3's cancellation policy?

Customers must notify 6-4-3 DP Athletics, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "6-4-3") of any cancellations or rescheduling of any appointment (including without limitation all cage rentals, lessons, camps, clinics, and showcases) (hereinafter referred to as an “Appointment”) upon no less than 24 hours prior to the start of the Appointment.  6-4-3 can be notified using our office telephone line - 678.354.3199.  Leaving a voicemail counts as proper notification.

Cancelled or re-scheduled Appointments without at least 24 hours advance notice will result in a full charge for that Appointment.  Also, a no-show for an Appointment without at least 24 hour advance notice will result in a full charge for that Appointment.

What is 6-4-3's refund policy?

All lesson bookings, cage/field rentals, camp registration, clinic registration, and showcase registration cancelled according to 6-4-3 DP Athletics, LLC's (hereinafter referred to as "6-4-3") stated cancellation policy will receive a full refund or full 6-4-3 credit. All other refund requests will be denied.
