Marietta, Georgia –
Through the efforts of Ken Vanderpoel and Atlanta International Umpires, 6-4-3 DP Baseball was honored to host a great group of ballplayers from Croatia yesterday (April 13). The visit marked the third time in as many years that an international group has visited 6-4-3. The student-athletes (boys and girls) and coaches from Croatia had a full week of baseball, as well as cultural and social activities, coordinated by Atlanta International Umpires. During the group's stay in Atlanta, 6-4-3 was privileged to have the opportunity to train the Croatian youth players in a two-hour, offensive and defensive skills clinic. Coaches Danny Pralgo, Ryan Sterling, Brett Beasley and Seth LaFera led the workout for 6-4-3.
6-4-3 is grateful to Ken Vanderpoel and Atlanta International Umpires for creating yet another opportunity for us to share the great game of baseball with new, international friends.
