COACHES COMMENTS:
Luke is a strong, physical player that has big tools. Behind the plate, Luke's 6' 5" frame gives pitchers a big target and the ability to cover a lot of area around the zone. He works hard and his ball carries very well on throws around the diamond. Luke also has very soft hands in the infield and despite his long frame, plays very low in the infield at 1st and 3rd. At the plate, Luke is a smart hitter who has true plus plus power, a rarity for many RHH. He is a game changer offensively, and is at his best with runners on base. As Luke continues to work hard and grow into his frame, he will be followed by MLB scouts this coming year.
Luke has committed to play college baseball at the University of Nebraska.
