COACHES COMMENTS:
Hayden is a very smart baseball player with a very bright future. Hayden is a right-handed pitcher. On the mound, Hayden is very comfortable and is capable of executing his plan. He has the ability to outpitch people right now and will consistently get high level hitters out. He throws 4 pitches that he is able to throw in any count. He throws a mid-upper 80s fastball with good life and locates it very well to all zones. He has a straight change that he can throw to righties and lefties. He throws a curveball with very good command. Hayden also throws a very effective slider. He can throw breaking balls both early and late in counts and has a great feel for both of them. Hayden will get hitters out at all levels. As Hayden continues to get stronger and take advantage of every opportunity, he will be a very good prospect and will be a big part of a college program.
Hayden has committed to play college baseball with Walters State Community College in Morristown, TN.
