COACHES COMMENTS:
John is an OF out of Holy Innocents, that is an advanced hitter. John projects to be a high level hitter, and has a smooth LH stroke that produces gap power and could add more. He covers the zone well and is very patient at the plate. In the OF, John has solid speed that allows him to cover gaps and take good angles to the baseball. He has a good throwing arm and is accurate throwing to bases. John is a hard worker with big time academics and his baseball skill set will give him many opportunities for a high academic baseball program.
John has committed to play college baseball at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee.
