Coming in January: HS Preseason Pitcher & Catcher Labs w/ Trackman technology (Ages 14-18)

6-4-3 DP Baseball will be holding a special 2-part training opportunity in January to help pitchers and catchers enhance their repertoire and prepare for their high school tryouts.  For the first time at 6-4-3, Trackman technology (provided by Matrix Diamond Analytics) will be used to assist players' bullpen experience.  These labs/workouts will give pitchers the opportunity to throw monitored bullpens, log bullpen data via the Trackman technology, do fielding practice, and finish with conditioning exercises.  Catchers will get receiving reps during bullpens, defensive reps with a 6-4-3 catching instructor, and take batting practice later in the day.  The workouts will take place on Saturdays in January at Aviation Sports Complex in Marietta, GA. 

The upcoming pitcher and catcher labs/workouts allow pitchers the opportunity to interface with Trackman technology, to become educated on the training tool, to understand what the recorded data says about their repertoire, and receive an individual data report after the week #2 session to analyze!

*Cost: Two (2) Pitcher Sessions (w/ Trackman) = $175  Note: Catchers register separately for different price point.

*Discounted rates available for 6-4-3 Academy Team members: Two Pitching Sessions = $150.  Members of the City of Marietta (note: inside city limits) receive a 20% discount. Proof of residency required. City limit discount is not to be used with any other discount.
