Customers must notify 6-4-3 DP Athletics, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "6-4-3") of any cancellations or rescheduling of any appointment (including without limitation all cage rentals, lessons, camps, clinics, and showcases) (hereinafter referred to as an “Appointment”) upon no less than 24 hours prior to the start of the Appointment. 6-4-3 can be notified using our office telephone line - 678.354.3199. Leaving a voicemail counts as proper notification.
Cancelled or re-scheduled Appointments without at least 24 hours advance notice will result in a full charge for that Appointment. Also, a no-show for an Appointment without at least 24 hour advance notice will result in a full charge for that Appointment.
For 6-4-3 tournament events, registered teams can receive a
full refund should they cancel no less than seven (7) prior to the
scheduled event date. Notification of tournament entry
cancellation less than seven (7) days in advance of the event will
result in a partial refund of 50% of the registration fee.
