6-4-3 DP Baseball is pleased to offer an eight (8) week off-season arm conditioning and care program that includes:
- Assessment
- Training Demonstration and Plan Creation
- Self-directed Training Plan
- Maintenance Plan
Group sessions for ages 12-18+ starting in the months of:
June/July – geared towards college players home for the summer
August – geared towards youth and high school players out of season
November – geared towards youth and high school players out of season (small group sessions start as early as 10/31)
*Note: This program is optimal during the off-season for a player
Measured benefits from the program include: improved mobility, stability, flexibility, strength and balance in the upper back, shoulder, rotator cuff and accelerator/decelerator muscle groups.
