With excitement for the future, David Carr recently announced the following additions to the 6-4-3 full-time staff starting August 1, 2023.

Marshall Adams is joining the 6-4-3 staff in the role of Coordinator of Instructional Services. Marshall grew up in Kennesaw and Marietta while attending Kell and Sprayberry High Schools. Marshall is a 6-4-3 alumnus and played college baseball at Gordon State College and Shorter University where he was a first and third baseman. At Shorter, Marshall graduated with a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies and a master’s degree in business administration.  Prior to joining 6-4-3 as an instructor and coach, Marshall served D-BAT Marietta in various roles. While Marshall will continue to instruct and coach with 6-4-3, we look forward to adding him to the Instructional Services administrative team!

Eric Brasher is joining the 6-4-3 staff in the role of Coordinator of Baseball Operations. Eric has been an instructor and coach with 6-4-3 for three seasons. Eric grew up in Woodstock, attended Etowah High School where he was a three-year letterman in baseball. After competing as a walk-on for a fall season, Eric later graduated from LSU with a bachelor’s degree in mass communication. In addition to handling administrative and storytelling duties within the baseball academy, Eric will continue to coach and instruct for 6-4-3. We look forward to having Eric full-time on the 6-4-3 staff where he will be a dual threat on the field and in the office!

Austin Holloway is joining the 6-4-3 staff in the role of Coordinator of Baseball Operations. Austin grew up in Covington, Georgia. He played collegiately at Georgia College (C / 2B) where he earned Peach Belt All-Conference honors at both positions and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. In addition to handling administrative and tryout duties within the baseball academy, Austin will continue to coach and instruct for 6-4-3 as he has done for three seasons. We look forward to having Austin, his smile, and his work ethic full-time on the 6-4-3 staff!

Jake Pralgo is also joining the 6-4-3 staff in the role of Coordinator of Baseball Operations. Jake grew up within 6-4-3 as a prep player from ages 9-18, won a state championship with Pope High School baseball, and continued his baseball career at Georgia College. Jake is now studying sports management at Kennesaw State University. Jake has been coaching and instructing with 6-4-3 for the last four seasons. In addition to handling administrative and coach training duties within the baseball academy, Jake will continue to coach and instruct for 6-4-3. We look forward to having Jake full-time on the 6-4-3 staff where he will bring his on-field baseball passion and knowledge to the office!

The entire 6-4-3 staff congratulates Marshall, Eric, Austin, and Jake on their expanded roles with 6-4-3.
