The 6-4-3 Foundation hires Mary Litman as its Executive Director

The 6-4-3 Foundation is pleased to announce the addition of Mary Litman as executive director of the non-profit devoted to changing lives through sports. Mary joins the foundation as its first dedicated executive director succeeding David Carr, who has served in the role as a volunteer since the foundation’s inception in 2013.
 
Mary Litman joins The 6-4-3 Foundation after having served as executive director of H.A.S. Foundation which she started in 2015. In addition, she has served in various non-profit advisory roles over the past 12 years. Mary brings an essential mix of knowledge, energy, skills and ideas that will take the foundation to new levels of efficiency and impact during its second decade.
 
For many years, the Board of Directors of The 6-4-3 Foundation has been planning to hire a talented executive director to expand the efforts and outcomes of the charitable organization. “The entire board and I are tremendously excited about adding Mary Litman to lead The 6-4-3 Foundation on a daily basis. Mary is an experienced professional whose focus, creativity, and desire to expand the positive impact of The 6-4-3 Foundation will make the future of our charitable organization very bright,” commented David Carr, Chair of the Board of Directors.

The foundation has put over $232,000 back into the communities it serves through scholarship assistance programs, community improvement projects and volunteer service.
