Update: Message regarding COVID-19 virus concern & resumption of private IN-PERSON lessons

Marietta, Georgia (Cobb County)

With the governor’s announcement earlier this week that the state of Georgia will slowly begin to reopen, surely there are many questions that you have for 6-4-3.  Therefore, we are writing to share 6-4-3’s current plans with you.

  1. On April 28, 6-4-3 will resume IN-PERSON private lessons at Aviation Sports Complex.  However, we will only do so while adhering to best practices and protocols consistent with local, state, and federal guidelines for combating the COVID-19 virus.  Please call the office 678.354.3199 to schedule your next IN-PERSON lesson with 6-4-3’s talented instructors.  PLEASE CLICK HERE TO READ THE CURRENT PROTOCOLS (AS OF 4/28/20) FOR IN-PERSON PRIVATE LESSONS RELATED TO THE COVID-19 VIRUS CONCERNS.
  2. 6-4-3 will continue to offer ONLINE private and sibling lessons as well.  Please call the 6-4-3 office at 678.354.3199 to schedule your next ONLINE lesson with 6-4-3’s talented instructors.
  3. At this time, Aviation Sports Complex remains closed for all events in-line with City of Marietta decree.
  4. At this time, all 6-4-3 academy team practice and game play (ages 8-18) remains suspended in-line with City of Marietta decree.

We remain hopeful that the spring season for our 8-14U teams will resume soon and that the spring season for our 15-18U teams will begin in the coming weeks.  In anticipation of a return to the practice field, we are talking with our partners at the City of Marietta and drafting internal plans for teams to resume action.  As new details emerge, we pledge to be back in touch with you to share additional thoughts, plans and decisions.

In this extraordinary time, please continue to take care of yourselves, your family members, and all of those around you.  Please continue to practice good hand hygiene.  Please continue to practice proper social distancing.  Please remain vigilant about your health.
