COACHES COMMENTS: 

Chase is one the best competitors and teammates around. He is primarily a catcher, but also plays some corner outfield when he is not behind the plate. Chase is great communicating with our pitchers giving them advice and positively encouraging them in big moments. He is a good receiver and blocker with an above average catch and throw. At the plate he grinds out at-bats with a simple swing allowing him to produce contact often. Every team needs someone like Chase Campbell.
