This past weekend, 6-4-3 DP Baseball’s 15U Tigers played up in the 16U division of the Triple Crown State Championship and lost their pool play games to the eventual winners (16U Georgia Jackets National) and another solid 16U Elite Black Knights baseball team.  After being seeded in the Silver Bracket, the 15U Tigers went on to win three games in a row against the 16U North Georgia Warriors, 16U Game On (Henderson), and the 16U OTC Bearcats. The championship game was highlighted by back-to-back RBI doubles in the bottom of the sixth inning from Ty Floyd and Alexander Gonzalez. Reid Robertson closed the game out in the top of the seventh to cap the 3-2 victory for the 15U Tigers.  Congratulations to the 15U Tigers players and coaches for their early season success!
