COACHES COMMENTS: 

Baylor is a strong 3B with a very solid frame. With the ability to play SS, his body and arm strength translate more to the hot corner. As he will gain more speed in his next 4 years of highschool, the fundamentals he has attacking groundballs with soft hands and solid footwork allow him to work through baseballs to make plays. As a RHP, his fastball ranges from 77-80 mph complimented with a 11-5 curveball that has a sharp break. As he gains more confidence and command with his Change-up and Slider, I firmly believe he has the ability to be a 4-pitch guy at the next level. As a RHH, he has a strong swing to the pull-side. Primarily attacking the LF and LCF gaps, he has the bat speed to turn on baseballs well to and over the left field wall. If he can learn to gain that same confidence in his opposite field approach, he will be a complete hitter for any lineup.
