Caden is a strong L/L that continues to grow and get more physical. At the plate, Caden has an aggressive approach and creates hard contact consistently. His barrel stays in the zone a long time and Caden has worked hard to round out his approach using the whole field. In the outfield, he is continuing to improve and does a good job making the routine play and has a plus arm to all bases. He made some jumps this fall and flashed confidence in running balls down that he hadn’t been getting to in the past. At 1B, Caden works the bag well and gives his infielders a big target. On the mound, Caden has a very heavy fastball that has been in the mid-80s and will continue to climb as Caden matures. As he continues to improve his feel for the changeup and breaking ball, Caden will have a chance to be a big time arm on the mound. All in all, Caden is a physical lefty with a ton of upside heading towards a great college program.
