Gabe is a strong athlete with a next level hit tool. Mainly playing the MIF, Gabe trusts his hands out front and has an extremely quick, but clean, catch-transfer-throw action. Gabe shines around the bag and quickly redirects balls on the front end and back end of double plays. His arm carries across the infield and Gabe has a feel for the 3 o’clock arm slot plays. At the plate, Gabe utilizes his lower half and sprays balls across the field. He gets his hacks off early in the count and takes pride in simplifying his swing in 2K counts to help compete his tail off. Gabe is a natural leader that has a next level work ethic and as he continues to get stronger. Gabe makes his teammates better with how he goes about his process and will be a nice piece for a college program.
