Jack is an extremely physical, talented dual-sport athlete with an advanced work ethic and high ceiling. Offensively, Jack has plus power and bat speed that immediately stands out. Jack hammers the fastball to gaps and stays aggressive regardless of the count. Defensively, Jack can play both corner infield and outfield positions. He has soft hands in the infield and uses aggressive footwork to make high-level plays. His range at 3B is evident during infield training and he carries the ball well across the diamond. Jack can also run them down in the outfield and has a strong arm to all bases. On the mound, Jack is an explosive, athletic thrower and has very whippy, fluid movements. Jack’s fastball has already been in the upper 80s and will continue to climb as he fills out. Jack’s secondary stuff is sharp and around the zone. With Jack’s presence and command, he is a very uncomfortable matchup for hitters. Jack has already caught the eye of many scouts and will have the chance to climb to high levels of this game if he stays the course.
