Congratulations to the 6-4-3 DP Jaguars 16U team for finishing runner-up in the Perfect Game Firecracker Finale last weekend!  Led by Coach McPhee, the 16U Jags compiled a 5-1 record over the tournament and lost a close game in the finals against GBSA (final score 2-1).  The Jags gave up 3 runs in bracket play and only gave up 11 runs total over 6 games.  Solid pitching performances by ‘23 Jackson Green in the quarter-finals (5.0 IP, 3h, 0 runs, 0 BB, 4k’s) and ‘23 JJ Hunt in the semi-finals (6.0 IP, 3h, 2ER, 2BB’s, 11 k’s), propelled the Jags to the finals.  The Jags were paced on offense by ‘23 Bailey Stroud (.556 and 7 SB’s), who was named the MVP of the tournament.   Congrats again to the 16U Jags players and coaches on their strong tournament performance! #643pride
