COACHES COMMENTS:
Kelly is a tall right-handed pitcher and a bulldog on the mound. He gets ahead in early counts and hits his spots really well. He has a good changeup to keep hitters off-balance and has a cutter that produces weak contact. Kelly is only going to get better as keeps growing and getting stronger.
