COACHES COMMENTS:
Cole is a very talented player that continues to improve in all areas because of his great work ethic. On the mound, Cole throws a heavy fastball that he has very good command to both sides of the plate. He has a 4 pitch mix with CB, SL, and CH. He has great feel for all of his pitches. He throws his curveball very effectively for strikes, while using his slider more effectively as an out pitch. Cole plays a very strong 3B. He has good hands and feet and has a plus arm across the diamond. Cole also works the bag well at 1B. At the plate, Cole has gap to gap power and is a tough out with two strikes. Cole’s physicality and work ethic will give him the opportunity to play at a strong college program.
Cole has committed to play baseball at the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
