COACHES COMMENTS:

Josh is a very smart, athletic young man with fast wheels.  Josh is primarily a catcher but because of his athleticism, is very comfortable playing everywhere else affectively. Behind the plate, he is in command, he communicates well and handles pitchers extremely well.  He has strong hands and great mechanics behind the plate with an accurate arm and a quick release.  He is also very comfortable on the dirt and gives his team a great options at 3B and 2B.  Josh is also, very comfortable in the OF.  He can play all 3 spots and tracks the ball very well.  At the plate, Josh is very aggressive yet loves to compete and be a pest in two strike counts.  He has sneaky pop and will continue to grow into a major hitter, while also being a great bunter and hit & run guy. Josh will play at the next level and will outwork others to get on the field. He will be a great addition to a strong academics & baseball program.

Josh has committed to play college baseball at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
