COACHES COMMENTS:
Dane is an excellent athlete that is dominant on the mound. He works fast and his fastball has a lot of life with a high spin rate that gets onto hitters quick. Dane also has excellent offspeed pitches that includes a change that falls off and a curveball with a lot of depth and extremely tight spin. Dane commands all three and can throw in any count. Dane has continued to get stronger in all areas while keeping his pitch ability. Because of his great ability to continue getting better while staying humble and focused, he has put himself on a great path and is being followed by MLB scouts.
Dane has committed to play college baseball at Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina.
