COACHES COMMENTS:

Colin is a left-handed hitting outfielder with a short, compact swing that creates loud barrels. He is aggressive in the box and has a ton of leverage when he hits balls out front. In the outfield, Manning has good reads and covers a ton of ground which gives him the ability to play all 3 spots. His arm strength plays well as he makes low, hard throws that naturally carry. Colin also gives coaches options on the mound, with a solid three-pitch mix. He commands the fastball to both sides of the plate well and has natural movement. His offspeed stuff works down in the zone and keeps hitters off balanced. Colin is an extremely focused kid and works diligently on the diamond, in the weightroom and in the classroom. As he continues to polish and develop, Colin will be on a ton of schools’ radars this coming summer.
