Padgett has the “dog” mentality and attacks hitters. He commands multiple pitches, highlighted by a wipeout breaking ball. Coming off a special season and winning Pitcher of The Year at 643, he will be a huge part of the staff. His mentality of always wanting the ball and having been successful in so many big games is why players love playing behind him and why college coaches will love him.
