COACHES COMMENTS:
Simon is an extremely strong athlete that has all the tools needed to play this game at a high level. He is extremely fast and does a great job putting pressure on the defense. Offensively, Simon is a top of the order hitter as he shows patience and does a great job of working the count. He has gap power and has the ability to cause havoc on the bases. Defensively, Simon has plus range and arm strength across the diamond. He is continuing to get better at creating good hops and slowing the game down mentally. In the OF, Simon covers a lot of ground and covers the gaps well. As Simon continues to learn the game, he will have a chance to play at the next level.
