COACHES COMMENTS:
Reardon, new to the organization last year, has shown a tremendous hit tool. Reardon, swinging from the right side has a short compact swing that stays in the zone a long time which allows him to constantly barbell baseballs to all fields. Reardon has gap-to-gap power but as he continues to get stronger, he will be able to tap into more power. Left the yard with wood in game action this fall and in live action at a recent college camp. In the field, Reardon is primarily a 3B. His arm translates well at 3B and he has the footwork to play it at the next level. Sam had a serious back injury in 2022-23. As he continues to gain confidence there are big things to come for Sam.
