COACHES COMMENTS:
Deception and ability to locate is Jack’s strong suit. Throwing from a unorthodox, submarine angle, he can run his fastball in on righties and locate glove side as well. His breaking ball can be thrown in the zone and as a chase pitch, and he can locate it in any count, to both righties and lefties. His change-up gives him a third weapon, and its development over the past year has been impressive. Jack can be a go to guys in big spots where a ground ball is needed to get out of a big inning. Jack has a ton of room to add strength, and will be able to get good hitters out at a high level. Jack is a high level academic player, and will be a great asset to any university or college.
Jack has committed to play college baseball at the College of Wooster in Ohio.
