COACHES COMMENTS:
Michael is a Walton High School product who will graduate in 2018. A 3B/RHP, Michael has the frame that scouts and recruiters dream of. He is nimble and athletic for a tall player and could play MIF in a pinch. He has good feet, a strong arm, and really trusts his hands on tough hops. At the plate, Michael has a smooth rhythm and when he gets extended produces pop that projects to be above-average. On the mound, Michael throws strikes from a steep, downhill angle, while his breaking ball and change-up provide two solid off-speed pitches. Michael's work ethic is always being the first there and last one to leave. This has allowed him to become one of our most improved players in the organization over the past few year. As Michael grows into his frame, he will draw interest from a number of colleges and universities.
Michael has committed to play college baseball at Georgia Southwestern State University in Americus, Georgia.
