COACHES COMMENTS:
Shane is a very strong young man who can help his team in multiple ways. He is a catcher and is also working on his craft at 1B. Shane blocks very well and is a good catch and throw guy. He locks down the running game very well. Shane has greatly improved on his receiving over the past year. At the plate, Shane is a threat. He is very powerful to all fields and is starting to develop a very consistent approach. As he continues to refine his skills, he will have opportunities at the next level.
Shane has committed to play baseball at Birmingham-Southern College in Birmingham, Alabama.
