COACHES COMMENTS:
Alyjah is a RHP in a very lanky frame. He has a very whippy, loose arm action with a FB that will run up into the mid to upper 80s. He has a lot of arm side run on his FB that misses a lot of barrels. He throws a very effective curveball that can buckle many hitters. He can throw it for strikes while also using it as an out pitch. Alyjah throws an effective changeup that as he develops more consistency with it, it will be a very effective pitch for him. As he gets stronger and more consistent, Alyjah can be successful at the next level.
Alyjah has committed to play baseball at East Georgia State College in Swainsboro, Georgia.
