COACHES COMMENTS:
Carter is a RHP that loves to compete. On the mound he's got command and confidence in all three pitches and time it's called. His ability to locate in/out and up/down is his special sauce. As he gives his body time to grow and get more physical he will be making huge jumps in his college years. He's a huge academic guy as well which will draw interest from Ivy League schools and all top academic institutions.
