COACHES COMMENTS:

Gibson is an extremely versatile player with a great work ethic and competitive juices. Defensively, he is an outstanding receiver behind the dish with strong a strong accurate arm. On the corners, he is confident in his hands and feet which makes him comfortable in handling all plays. As a hitter, he made great jumps this fall staying strong in his lower half which led to great barrel control and big hit in key spots in the game. Pitching is a part of the game he loves competing at and with his loose arm leads to good results. He has confidence in all three pitches and as his body feels out he will have the ability to impress scouts. He will be a great follow in many areas for college coaches. 

Gibson has committed to play baseball at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee!
