COACHES COMMENTS:
Fletcher is a 2024 right handed pitcher and 1B. On the mound, Fletcher has a high arm slot that produces a lot of groundballs. Fletcher has a sweeping curve that compliments both his FB and CH. He also fields his position well on the mound. For 1B, he is a big target that works the bag very well, he has a great ability to consistently pick bad throws. Fletcher is an infielder’s dream. At the plate, Fletcher has a powerful swing that contributes to his high slugging percentage. Fletcher does a great job to work counts and find a way to get on base no matter the count. He runs very well for a 1B. He is a great student and two sport athlete.
